I've been havin' some fun with something called !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! today, and I need to convert the pdf's of my floorplans into png. Anyone out there that could tell me how to convert pdf to png?

You can open pdf's in Photoshop and 'Save As' png. If you don't have Photoshop, you can download GIMP for free. It's a great alternative image editor and support a huge variety of formats. GIMP

I'm using GIMP, the thought that I could use gimp to convert pdfs to png never struck my mind. Thanks mate :)

I need to post the floorplans as images on a website, that's the only reason I'd rather have them as png.

No probs. I think it will open all pdf's from Acrobat 9 and lower, sketchy support for X & XI apparently.

I'll post them when they be done ;) They're just someting I've put together for my dream house. 11k square feet house (with a pub). and a 9k square feet garage.

Keep in mind that we hardly ever see a house bigger than 4k square feet here in Norway, and that 2.5K is larger than a normal house here.

My version of floor planner has a save as with a choice of .png, or - as the man said- use GIMP.

just use pdfcreator
virtual pdf printer, that will ad pdf creator to printer list and use simple print option in your app and choose it as printing device. While saving it will ask your destination folder, so beside that choose format file as jpg/png and that's it. Its open source i think and very popular tool for saving as pdf files. by default it save jpg files in 600dpi (top quality) you can always change it, make your own paper size and it's resolution.

Oh, and Kjellersokkel = Basement, Sokkel = Lower ground floor, Første = Ground floor (forgot to write in English)

almost everyone ;P . Yeah, I got told to design a house the way I'd want it. I'm pretty much there, just need a small first floor with room for an office and then I can start making the furniture fit.
